To help customize your event, play your special requests and acknowledge important people, on the right toolbar you will see downloadable "Information Sheets" which you can print out at your leisure.

Simply fill out the appropriate sheet for your event with as much information as you can, including correct spellings (spell the name out phonetically if necessary - I do it all of the time!) and any music that you would like played. Be as specific and detailed as you like - you can also include a "Do Not Play" list and a "Do Not Give the Microphone to" list. Some relatives and guests think every party is a Karaoke contest! 

Please fax the "Information Sheet" to me 2 weeks prior to the event, or bring it with you to our review so that I will be able to adequately prepare as well as ask any questions that may arise. The fax number is 732.775.7560. Thanks!
